Caribbean Night - A Pop Up by the water, at Blashford Lakes

The beautiful Blashford Lake is the location for our Caribbean-themed Pop Up. Hosted by Spinnaker Sailing Club, come and enjoy some Caribbean food and drink, whilst gazing out across the water.

£28 per head (members £25) until 8th June then £30 per head. Bookings close on 15th June. Please choose a starter and a main when you book.

Menu:

Welcome drink and Canapes

Planters’ Punch (rum) or Virgin Punch (non-alcoholic)

Mini spicy pork and mango meatballs

Trini chickpea on garlic croutons (v)

Starters

Crab & prawn salad with lime and shredded papaya

Sweetcorn fritter with hot sauce, served with tomato salsa (v)

Mains

Grilled chicken with jerk sauce

Fresh fish of the day in ginger and orange sauce

Courgette & red pepper Antigua curry with wilted spinach (v)

All mains come with choice of all side dishes:

Crispy/tasty/crunchy/colourful seasonal salads
Rice & peas (actually black-eyed beans)
Sweet potato jerk oven chips
Mango salsa
